The judges will evaluate your submission based on your responses to the following questions. Please provide detailed and clear answers, highlighting the impact and achievements of your initiative. Be sure to include the name of your project at the beginning of your submission. You are welcome to include supporting images, graphics, or documents to enhance your submission.

All submissions must be in PDF format.

  • What steps does your organization take to support a balance between work and personal life, improving employee well-being and productivity?
