The judges will evaluate your submission based on your responses to the following questions. Please provide detailed and clear answers, highlighting the impact and achievements of your initiative. Be sure to include the name of your project at the beginning of your submission. You are welcome to include supporting images, graphics, or documents to enhance your submission.
All submissions must be in PDF format.

- What were your top three objectives for hosting the sports event, and how did you achieve them?
- What strategies and activities did you use to engage fans and spectators during the event?

Event must have been held in the 2024 calendar year (January 2024 to December 31, 2024)
